How the order limit grace period works

We never cut an order off halfway: we warn you first.

  1. 1. At 80% of your monthly limit, you get a warning in your dashboard.
  2. 2. If you go over the limit during that month, your shop page keeps taking orders as normal so you don’t lose sales.
  3. 3. Only if you stay over the limit for two months in a row are online orders paused until you change plan or the month rolls over.

Your data is yours

  • Download your orders and products as a spreadsheet and take all your shop’s data with you in a single file, whenever you like.
  • No lock-in: change plan or delete your account in the settings whenever you like.
